This black octagonal table reminded me of a series of still life on a gueridon paintings by George Braque. I like this table because it is a more interesting geometrical variation of the more ornate gueridon. The single base/stand gives the table an appearance of overall strength and balance, where form and function meets. Ive displayed this table extensively in scenes Ive put together at IMVUas an end table, service table, or a focal piece in between spaces on an entry hall, and even as a night table. This delightful table is a classic and has an exponential potential for placement in any rooms!
