I cannot and don't refund for the simple fact I describe as well as to photograph my products, not to mention once you have the item how do you expect to return it to me for the refund? There are many room and furniture "TRY IT" generators out there, which is what I would always suggest someone do before purchasing any item from anyone. I am sorry you feel the need for a refund, as this item has many very satisfied customes.
