The Lights aren't animated because cycling textures can't be triggered, unless there is a whole new mesh piece added (which will make the total kb's of the item go up). I have a version without flashing lights as well, so scenes can work well with both cars in the same room. Also keep in mind that sound files are limited to 20 seconds (I did attempt to loop the sound, not sure if it still works...IMVU updates tend to break such things).
