Can someone please help me? I wrote into support but that can take months! I redeemed my card like 4 days ago and still have not received my penguin and I am so mad about it!! I assumed it would be under furniture like my last stuff was from a card.....if anyone knows what I have to do, can you PLEASE let me know?! Thanks so much!
