I absolutely agree with both previous reviews on this beautiful Scarlet Gown! It is a very elegant and unique strapless style. It features a V-cut neckline, sparklers that give off a tinsel type appearance throughout the gown and an ending with what appears to be feathers! Perfect! Try it on ladies ! 😍
