A very mixed bag, indeed. The room is all static poses, which wouldn't be as bad if they weren't mostly "romantic" ones - honestly, when you dip someone to kiss them, do you stand still like a statue? There's no dancing whatsoever, which is profoundly misleading, and the elevator is not only non-functional, but you literally can't even get into it, which is the most misleading thing I've ever seen before. Naming a room "Da Elevator", then making the elevator the only place you can't go?
On the plus side, there are furniture nodes everywhere, which allows someone to save it by adding the animations the dev utterly forgot, if you own or buy some. The downstairs area is wide-open and very useful for decorating, and the basement "dungeon" is small but a nice bonus. This room is not what it claims to be, but it's a decent fixer-upper for the price.
