Definitely unique, as of yet there is no item like this on the catalog. But it has a few problems. The head is detached and floats above the neck. Eyes are askew. Nose area is not smooth, but triangulated. Nevertheless, I love the head. People have mixed reactions when they see it, and it's very entertaining.
